• Michael Jensen Designs is working toward a fully green studio.  All jewelry is created with reprocessed metals, ethically sourced natural gemstones and repurposed gemstones.  Any treatments to gemstones are transparently disclosed.   All chemical processes used on the metals are natural chemical processes.  Fine craftsmanship is found in each piece of jewelry created Michael Jensen Designs. These standards are our commitment to our clients and ourselves.

• All VETUS and Talentum pieces of jewelry are created in sterling silver, 22k gold, and sometimes bronze. Each piece has the signature distressed  texture with a patina or oxidized surface. If 18k is used for ear-wires or posts - it is fully disclosed.

Michael Jensen Designs has created original custom-designed jewelry and metalwork for over 33 years.  It is the partnership of Michael and Catherine Jensen. 

Michael has been an artist and metalsmith for over 35 years.  His background is in sculpture with additional experience in engineering which compliments their jewelry designs. Catherine is a Graduate Gemologist (GIA).  Both Michael and Catherine have a passion for jewelry's art and history, both ancient and Victorian. 

They interpret a feeling in a revivalist / contemporary way.  

 Michael Jensen Designs   creates, both production pieces and fine bespoke creations.  These are enjoyed by clients around the world.
